PAYMENT OPTIONS
ClickOrderSave accepts Visa, Mastercard & PayPal. ClickOrderSave is unable to accept pre-paid
Credit/Gift cards at this time. Our payment gateway requires a billing address that accompanies
the issued credit card in order to complete your order.
Please select paypal as your payment method in your shopping cart. Our website will direct you to
the PayPal login page for you to make your payment.

ITEM AVAILABLITY
ClickOrderSave tries hard to ensure that any items you may order will be available at the
time of your order. However, there may be occasions when an item you have ordered may be
temporarily out of stock.
ClickOrderSave no longer has a backorder policy for items that are out of stock. (If there are
items that are unavailable at the time of your order). These items will be cancelled and removed
from your order, and a full refund will be issued for the missing items. This allows us to
expedite customers orders sooner without delays.

If the missing items bring your order total below an amount that qualifies you for free shipping
we will contact you to ask if you would like to replace this item with an alternative to keep the
free shipping on your order. If we are unable to provide an alternative product to maintain the
amount over $100, additional shipping charges may apply to your order. If you have any questions,
please let us know.

ClickOrderSave ships orders by Canada Post from Monday to Friday.

All U.S. orders are shipped by Canada Post – U.S.A. Expedited Parcel or XpressPost. Depending on
which state you reside, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 5-7
business days. However, for a number of “lower” states (Florida, Texas, Louisiana etc.) shipping
times are usually between 6-10 business days. A full tracking number is provided with all orders
allowing you to track your orders progress.

* Shipments that require extra shipping charges imposed by Canada Post may not qualify for free
or flat rate shipping in Canada. This is a rare occurrence and applies to: shipments of excessive
weight or shipments arriving to extremely rural areas (Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon &
Northern Quebec). We will contact you to discuss any additional shipping fees that may be
required. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING

For a limited time, ClickOrderSave is shipping all orders to Canadian residents at a flat rate of
$12.99 CDN per order. This offer is available to Canadian residential addresses only. This offer
is not available for addresses in Nunavut(NV) Northwest Territories (NWT) or the Yukon(YK) or
remote northern areas of Quebec(QC).

To avoid any delays and additional charges for shipping please ensure that you select the correct
shipping method for your country and province or territory at the time of your order. If an order
is received with an incorrect shipping method & charge, we will contact you to discuss the
additional shipping costs that may be owing (if any).

Shipping Surcharges

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high
shipping cost. Our website will allow these orders to process with normal rates, however we may
be unable to offer you the flat rate and/or free shipping. In these remote regions, we will
subsidize the first $15 of the shipping cost on orders over $150, before taxes. Anything over,
our customer service department will contact you. We apologize in advance for any delays or
inconvenience this may cause.

PRODUCT-BASED FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS :

ClickOrderSave occasionally lists items that are shipped for FREE or for a lower flat rate than
our usual $12.99CDN.

Items that are shipped for free will simply have no shipping charges added to them in your
shopping cart. The free shipping promotions are however, only valid for the items that qualify.
Any additional items that are added to your cart that do not qualify for this promotion will have
applicable shipping charges applied to them.

US-PRICED CONVERSION
All prices on our web site are displayed and billed in Canadian dollars.
Each item on our website is listed with the Canadian price and also has a U.S. conversion amount
beside it. This amount is based on the current conversion rate the day you place your order. It
is only to be viewed as an approximate amount that the item costs, and NOT the exact amount you
will be charged by your credit card company. All of our billing is done in Canadian funds and
your credit card company will make the conversion and your statement will be in U.S dollars. The
total amount in U.S. funds will not be visible in your shopping cart.

PACKAGE TRACKING
All orders will have a tracking number assigned to them once we have determined we have all items
in stock. and the order is fully packaged and sent. We will send you a confirmation email with
your tracking number (within 1-4 business days).
In the unlikely event you didn’t receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us
know.

PARCEL IS LATE, WHERE IS IT?
Did you receive your confirmation email with tracking number? Please track the whereabouts of
your parcel at Canada Posts/Purolator website before asking us to locate it for you. Parcel
traces can only be made by us 24 hours AFTER the expected delivery date has gone.

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME
You must be able to receive delivery to the provided shipping address within your order. If the
delivered package has outside damage, open and inspect your order immediately. If the contents
are damaged you must contact us immediately by email or by telephone. If you have not received
your order ten (10) days AFTER your shipping confirmation with tracking number has been sent, you
must notify us promptly in order to track its whereabouts. Any claims for non-delivery will only
be accepted up to 14 days AFTER the confirmation of shipment with tracking number has been sent
to you.
Please note:
A confirmation of shipment IS NOT the original order receipt. A shipping confirmation is only
sent once your order has been processed and packaged and collected by Canada Post for delivery.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may
return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund (minus the shipping) on regular
priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase. All sale items are final. There are also
no refunds or exchanges on body care, fragrances & perfumes, hosiery items or consumables & food,
which includes coffee, k-cups or Tassimo T-Discs.

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us to let us know. We will
arrange to have a replacement for you, along with a return shipping label for the damaged item.
Photographic evidence may be requested by us if you receive an item that is damaged and wish for
an exchange.

If you have something you would like to return, simply email us at clickordersave@fibreop.ca or
use our contact form with a full description and reason for your exchange or return. Please
remember to include your order number & telephone number so we can contact you. There are NO
REFUNDS or EXCHANGES from December 26th to December 31st.
